Five Best Mr Krabs Vs Plankton Moments

The Nickelodeon animated program SpongeBob SquarePants has aired for 13 years, more than any other program on Nickelodeon. But while SpongeBob has been the star, the rivalry between Sheldon J. Plankton of the Chum Bucket and Eugene H. Krabs of the Krusty Krab will always stand out.

For the longest time, both Mr. Krabs and Plankton have fought over the Krabby Patty, which is the staple food of the Krusty Krab. Plankton has consistently tried to steal the secret Krabby Patty ingredient away from Mr. Krabs in almost every way possible, but Krabs always finds a way to keep it. That explains how the money-greedy Mr. Krabs has remained successful over Plankton.

The Mr. Krabs-Plankton rivalry has had many twists and turns in the entire series, such as in the episode 'Best Frenemies' where Plankton and Krabs collaborated in an effort to put the newly-opened 'Kelpshake' out of business, and in 'New Leaf' where they appeared to make amends after Plankton moved on to selling used toys. The episode 'Friend or Foe' revealed that they were best friends before starting to fight over the Krabby Patty formula, which has continued throughout the series.

There have been numerous episodes that involved the rivalry between Krabs and Plankton, but here are the five most memorable.

1. Komputer Overload
Plankton invented three different computers and then operated them as a robot in hopes of stealing the formula. Unfortunately, a plug would prevent him from reaching even the inside of the Krusty Krab.

2. Krabs vs. Plankton
Plankton sued Mr. Krabs for intentionally 'injuring' him in the Krusty Krab, but his attempt went awry as Krabs stopped him from stealing the Krabby Patty.

3. Plankton's Army
Plankton called his entire family in a collective effort to steal the formula. He was initially successful in stealing it, though in the end he was shocked after reading the final ingredient and escaped in fear.

4. Krabs a la Mode
Plankton tweaked the Krusty Krab thermostat in hopes of gaining customers at the Chum Bucket. Instead, his enjoyment would be his downfall, after Krabs froze him inside an ice cube.

5. Imitation Krabs
Plankton built a robotic version of Mr. Krabs in hopes of stealing the Krabby Patty formula. SpongeBob initially figured that 'Robo-Krabs' is the real Krabs, before Plankton dropped a dime that resulted in its destruction.
